摘要
厦门高崎国际机场T4航站楼屋盖采用双向平面桁架结构体系,屋面采用双曲面造型的金属屋面系统。以该航站楼工程为背景,分析了屋盖结构体系和金属屋面设计及钢结构计算要点。由于结构的跨度大,风荷载分布形式复杂,为确保结构的安全、合理,针对结构设计中的关键问题,采用模拟建筑物实际体型风洞试验和数值模拟风洞技术,得到屋面荷载的分布和大小,保证风荷载取值的正确性。进而对屋面系统的抗风承载力进行分析和设计优化。研究结果表明该航站楼采用的屋盖结构体系是合理有效的,可为类似工程设计提供参考。
A two-way plane truss system is designed for the roof of Xiamen International Airport T4 terminal,and a metal roof system of hyperbolic surface is adopted.This paper presents a study on the key points of roof structure system and the design of metal roof in terminal T4.Due to the large span and complex wind load distribution along the structure,both wind tunnel tests and numerical analysis are performed to ensure the safety and optimization of the structure.Accurate wind load distribution is obtained from the tests and analysis to ensure correct wind load value.Based on this analysis,the roof system is optimized and wind resistance is evaluated.The results indicate that the roof structure system of terminal T4 is reasonable and effective.This research can provide a reference for similar design projects.
