胎儿巨膀胱的产前诊断及预后评估(附一例特殊病例报道) 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨胎儿巨膀胱的产前遗传咨询,产前诊断方法,评估胎儿预后。方法结合临床中病例及文献报道的胎儿巨膀胱进行病例分析及总结。结果胎儿巨膀胱大多数是由于泌尿系统梗阻引起,少数为非梗阻性,极少情况巨膀胱可能是膀胱一个短暂的正常变异。结论胎儿巨膀胱大多数预后不良,特别是完全梗阻性巨膀胱。胎儿巨膀胱因死亡率较高,一旦怀疑,应动态观察,早确诊早终止妊娠。但也有极少病例可完全缓解。
