孕前保健实施十五年来研究文献现状分析

A literature review on preconception care since its start 15 years ago

目的对孕前保健工作开展十五年来学术研究文献进行归纳整理分析,探索孕前保健研究方面文献现状,对其服务和经济效果进行评价预测,发现问题,提出发展方向。方法文献归纳分析法。结果孕前保健研究在我国呈阶段性增长,研究水平逐步提高,呈现不同阶段特征和作用。医疗机构成为孕前保健研究的重要生力军,计生科研机构和高校担负着主要实质研究的推动者作用。开始形成研究领域核心期刊群,逐步培育出核心作者,研究上东部与中西部发展不平衡。结论我国孕前保健工作虽已起步,处在转型发展的初级阶段,孕前保健的研究质量水平还不高,表现为科普类、调研类、经验类的多,应用实用型、基础理论型、创新前瞻型的少。对出生缺陷预防理论,以及具有地区特点的出生缺陷主要病因和发生机理研究不足;创新探讨适用于我国国情的孕前保健风险评估工具和方法研究不够;在整合各方资源,创新建立平台和体系,形成中国特色模式探索上不够;在突出重点,明确难点的研究上把握不够;将现代网络科技运用于孕前保健,实现服务利用可及可得的研究不够。

Objectives：To conduct academic research on preconception care work carried out in the past 15 years,with literature collation and analysis. Exploring the preconception care research status of the current literature,and to evaluate on the service and economic effect in order to provide the development direction. Methods：Literature induction and analysis. Results：The preconception care research shows a periodic increase in our country with increasingly higher standards showing different phases of characteristics and roles. Medical and health organizations have become an important force in the research of preconception care. Scientific research institutions and universities bear the responsibility of conducting the essential research. To start forming the core journals group and gradually develop the core authors,the research on the eastern and central and western development is not balanced. Conclusion：The preconception care work in our country is still in its primary and transformational stage although it has started. The quality level of the preconception care research is still to develop. Research have been carried a lot in popularisation of science,investigation,and experience areas,the following types are still lacking：practical applications,basic theories and innovative perspective. In addition,birth defects prevention theory,and the main cause and the mechanism involved in birth defects with regional characteristics still lack research. The methods and tools used for risk assessment in innovative study suitable for the condition of our country are still lacking. Integration of all resources,establishment of platform and system to form a model with Chinese characteristics,making the key points stand out are all lacking more research. Furthermore,research on making the use of the modern internet technology in preconception care could be much more helpful.
