国际法治与中国法治建设被引量：69

摘要编者按：十八届四中全会决定，要积极参与国际规则制定，推动依法处理涉外经济、社会事务，增强我国在国际法律事务中的话语权和影响力。改革开放以来，中国的经济发展取得了令人瞩目的伟大成就，中国国际地位曰益提高。同时，我们所处的这个世界也在发生深刻变化。中国如何适应既有国际规则，如何在维护自身利益的同时参与国际规则的制定，以及如何处理好国际法治与国内法治的关系，进而为世界的和平发展做贡献，是在新时期必须要认真对待的重大课题。2015年1月，中国社会科学杂志社与中国人民大学共同主办了以“理论建构与现实回应：法治中国视野下的法学研究”为主题的首届法学前沿论坛，我们选择了三篇国际法论文，讨论上述问题。
