针刺结筋病灶点治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床随机对照试验

A Clinical Randomized Controlled Trial on Acupuncture with Muscle Meridan Focus for the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:以针刺传统腧穴为对照,观察针刺结筋病灶点治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合研究标准的60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,采用针刺结筋病灶点治疗,对照组30例,采用针刺传统腧穴治疗。治疗4个疗程,综合采用骨关节炎指数评分(WOMAC)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及健康调查简表(SF-36)在治疗前、治疗后进行评分记录观察患者各项评分变化,评估其临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率90%,总体疗效组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后各项评分组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后各项评分组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种针刺治疗方法都有很好的临床疗效,但治疗组总体疗效优于对照组。治疗组对疼痛、僵硬、日常活动难度及生活质量的改善均优于对照组,并且近期疗效优于对照组。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture with Muscle Meridan Focus in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with the comparison of traditional acupoints. Methods： Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis meeting the research requirement were randomly assigned into two groups,the treatment group（ 30 patients treated by acupuncture with Muscle Meridan Focus） and the control group（ another 30 patients treated by acupuncture with traditional acupoints）. The treatment had four courses. The clinical efficacy was assessed by WOMAC,VAS and SF- 36 scoring before the treatment and after the treatment. Results： The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96. 67% and 90% respectively. The difference showed a statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The comparison of scale in each group before and after the treatment showed a statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The comparison of every scale between two groups after the treatment showed a statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Two kinds of acupuncture treatment for KOA are effective in terms of clinically therapeutic effect,but the total effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group. The short- term clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,particularly with regard to alleviating pain,relieving stiffness,reducing difficulty in activity of daily living and improving the quality of life of patients with KOA.
