摘要 阐述了模糊控制技术应用于水泵变频调速节能的基本思想,详细介绍模糊控制系统的设计过程。控制系统利用PLC里面的模糊控制模块程序对频率进行初步设定并进行趋势补偿,使水位控制在合理区域内,最终实现安全水位下泵站耗能最小的控制目标。 This paper explaines that applies to the frequency conversion of the water pump and adjusts the basic thought energy-conserving in speed in fuzzy control technology,introduce the design process of the fuzzy control system in detail.Control system utilize PLC fuzzy to control module procedure go on,set for and go on trend compensate tentatively to frequency,make water level control in reasonable area,realize safe water level lay pump station consume energy minimum control goal finally.
