摘要
为了实现稀土灼烧工业生产的自动化,设计了基于西门子S7-300 PLC的九路灼烧窑推舟式加料机构控制系统。系统以威纶触摸屏为人机交互,以PLC为运动的控制核心,集成了温度检测等功能,可以实现稀土灼烧过程的自动生产与监控。
In order to automate the industrial production of Rare earth Burning,a control system for pusher type of nine way feeding of Burning kiln is designed,which is based on S7-300 PLC.Weinview touch screen is applied as human computer interaction interface.PLC as motion controller and the function of temperature detection is also integrated.They can realize the automatic production and control of burning process of Rare earth.
