基于超声波除垢仪的技术选择

摘要 随着国内工业的迅猛发展,生产过程中管道结垢问题越来越严重。近几年,超声波除垢技术应运而生。超声波管道除垢防垢技术以其具有环保、效果佳、低成本、无腐蚀、质量高、装置简单、易于实现遥控式自动化等优点,成为突破管道内壁结垢问题的一种高新技术。超声波除垢换能器就是根据磁致伸缩效应和压电效应设计的。 The technology of Ultrasonic eliminating scale is provided recently to solve these problems.the technology of Ultrasonic eliminating scale is an effective technique that has the following advantages such as eco-friendly,high efficiency,low expenditure,no corruption,high quality,simple mechanism and accessible for automatic remote control.The transducer of Ultrssonic cleaning is designed based on effect of Magnetostriction and Piezoelectric.
