摘要
主要研究超低碳钢连铸初期状态对头坯质量的影响,通过生产试验,采用化学和金相等方法分析了头坯中氧含量和夹杂物种类。结果表明:1头坯夹杂物主要以Al、Ca、Ti等强脱氧产物为主,来源于浇注过程的二次氧化、各种精炼渣、结晶器卷渣和中间包内衬等;2采取延长开浇前中间包吹氩时间、加强开浇操作和液面自动控制技术等手段可以降低开浇对头坯质量和浇铸长度的影响。
The effect on head slab quality of ultra-low carbon steel of first state is studied mainly in this paper. By industry test,the kind of oxygen and inclusions in head slab is analyzed by chemical and metallographic methods. The results show that the main inclusions in head slab are strong deoxidated products,such as Al,Ca and Ti,and they are mainly from secondary oxidization,all kinds of refining slag,convolving slag of mould and refractory material in tundish and so on. By improving blowing argon time before open-casting,strengthen open-casting operations and automatic control technology of liquid level can reduce effect on head slab quality and casting length.
