镶嵌式唇粘膜在治疗复杂性尿瘘中的应用

The application of inlay labial mucosal graft urethral repair in the complexity urethral fistula

目的 总结镶嵌式唇粘膜在治疗尿道下裂手术后复杂性尿道皮肤瘘的应用效果.方法 2009年3月至2014年6月期间广州军区广州总医院泌尿外科,对符合手术指征的36例尿道下裂术后复杂性尿道皮肤瘘的患者术中应用镶嵌式唇粘膜,并评估手术并发症和术后尿瘘的再发率.结果 镶嵌式唇粘膜修复复杂性尿瘘术后,仅2例出现尿瘘,1例出现尿道狭窄,成功率为91.7％,术后阴茎美观.结论 镶嵌式唇粘膜修复复杂性尿瘘,为临床提供了一种可靠而有效的手术方法,其术后并发症少,降低了术后尿瘘的再发率,是一种较为理想的手术方式.

Objective To summerize the effects of the mosaic labial mucosa in treatment of complex urethral fistula after hypospadias operation. Methods From March 2009 to June 2014, total of 36 hypospadias patients with postoperative complex urethral fistula in our hospital received mosaic labial mucosa treatment, and surgical complications and recurrence rate of postoperative urinary fistula were assessed. Results After Inlay labial mucosal graft urethral repair, only 2 cases had urinary fistula, 1 case urethral stricture, and the success rate was 91.7%, their penis appearance was beautiful. Conclusion Mosaic labial mucosa repair provides a reliable and effective approach for the treatment of complex urethral fistula, this method shows some advantages such as fewer complications, low recurrence rate.
