摘要
为减少无土栽培对草炭资源的依赖和提高有机废弃物的再利用率,以草炭、绿化废弃物、蘑菇渣为原材料,通过使用品氏草炭(ck)、绿化废弃物蚯蚓堆肥(T1)、蘑菇渣蚯蚓堆肥(T2)、草炭+绿化废弃物蚯蚓堆肥(T3)、草炭+蘑菇渣蚯蚓堆肥(T4)、草炭+绿化废弃物蚯蚓堆肥+蘑菇渣蚯蚓堆肥(T5)6种基质来培育甘蓝和西葫芦幼苗,探讨有机废弃物蚯蚓堆肥替代草炭作为甘蓝和西葫芦育苗基质的可行性。通过对甘蓝和西葫芦株高、根长、叶片数、鲜重、干重、茎直径6项生长指标进行测定与分析,得出结论:处理T1、T3、T4、T5均可替代草炭作为甘蓝育苗基质,处理T1和T3可替代草炭作为西葫芦育苗基质。
In order to reduce dependence of soilless culture of flowers on peat and increase recycling rate of organic waste,we made a study to assess the feasibility of replacing peat with organic waste vermicompost as seedling growing media. By using peat,green waste and mushroom residue as raw materials,we utilized six kinds of seedling growing media,including peat( ck),vermicompost of green waste( T1),vermicompost of mushroom residue( T2),peat + vermicompost of green waste( T3),peat + vermicompost of mushroom residue( T4),peat + vermicompost of green waste +vermicompost of mushroom residue( T5) to cultivate Brassica oleracea L. and Cucurbita pepo L..Through measuring and analyzing six growth indexes including plant height,root length,leaf number,total fresh weight,total dry weight and stem diameter,we conclude that T1,T3,T4 and T5 can replace peat as seedling growing substrates for Brassica oleracea L.,and that T1 and T3 can replace peat as seedling growing substrates for Cucurbita pepo L.
