摘要
为了检测植物促生菌对石油污染土壤的改良效果,以扶余采油厂石油污染土为参照、人工模拟石油污染土(校园土和石油混合)为试验土壤,通过添加植物促生菌和保水剂、氮磷肥料的不同组合配置,采用三因素三水平正交试验设计,用盆栽方法研究了保水剂、促生菌和氮磷元素不同处理,对向日葵幼苗的可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛生成的影响。结果表明:加菌后可溶性糖含量明显降低,过氧化物酶含量明显提高,丙二醛含量降低。三因素中,氮磷肥料对可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量的影响最大。
To test effects of plant growth-promoting bacteria on improvement of petroleum-contaminated soil,this study used petroleum-polluted soil sampled from Fuyu Oil Factory as the control,and mixture of campus soil in Changchun Normal University and crude petroleum as experimental soil.We explored effects of different combination arrangements of water retention agent,promoting bacteria and nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer on production of soluble sugar,peroxydase and malonaldehyde in sunflowers treated with aforementioned different contents through pot method of three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment. The results showed that adding plant-promoting bacteria apparently decreased content of soluble sugar and malonaldehyde,while increased content of peroxydase. Among three factors,nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer affected production of soluble sugar,peroxydase and malonaldehyde most.
