基于熵权系数法的哈尔滨市农业种植模式及灌溉水资源优化调配研究 被引量:3

Study on Agricultural Planting Pattern and Optimal Management of Irrigation Water Resources in Harbin City Based on Entropy Weight Coefficient Method

摘要 针对哈尔滨水资源量不足,以及灌溉水资源利用率较低的问题,综合考虑农业可持续发展的经济效益、社会需要及生态效益3个方面,基于熵权系数法的基本原理构建了多准则的灌溉水资源优化调配的模型,确定了研究区农业种植最优模式以及相应的合理灌溉用水量。模型结果表明,该区玉米、水稻、大豆3种作物的最优种植面积分别为120.41,65.97,4.45万hm2,相应合理的灌溉水量分别为45.152 0,369.094 7,0.667 0亿m3。通过主要粮食作物的最佳种植模式及合理灌溉量调配的研究,保证我国的粮食安全。 Aiming at problems of shortage of irrigation water resources and low irrigation utilization rate in Harbin city,basic principles of economic benefits,social demand and ecological benefits of agricultural sustainable development were considered comprehensively,a multi-criterion irrigation water resource optimization model was constructed based on fundamental principles of entropy weight coefficient method,and optimal models of agricultural planting and corresponding rational irrigation water amount in the research area were determined. The results indicated that the optimal planting area of maize,paddy rice and soybean was 120. 41 × 10^4hm^2,65. 97 × 10^4hm^2 and 4. 45 × 10^4hm^2,respectively. The corresponding ration irrigation water amount was 45 152. 0 × 10^4m^3,369 094. 7 ×10^4m^3,667. 0 × 10^4m^3,respectively.
