摘要
本文从目前水利工程建筑市场状况、水利工程施工企业人才现状等角度,对水利工程施工企业技能人才培养存在的问题及其原因进行分析,提出适合水利工程施工企业技能人才培养的方式。
In the paper,problems in skilled personnel training of water conservancy project construction enterprise and causes thereof are analyzed from the perspectives of current water conservancy engineering construction market situation,present status of water conservancy engineering construction enterprise,etc.Mode of skilled personnel training suitable for water conservancy project construction enterprise is proposed.
