高职示范校计算机应用技术专业师资队伍建设研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Construction of Computer Application Technology Major Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Demonstrative College

师资队伍建设是高职院校提高教学质量的关键,也是示范建设的一个重要指标,高职示范校建设一支高水平的"双师"型师资队伍,关系到学校的可持续发展和人才培养的质量。本文通过分析东莞职业技术学院计算机应用技术专业师资队伍建设的现状,指出了建设过程中存在的问题,并给出了计算机应用师资队伍建设的对策。

The construction of teachers troop is the key to improve teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.It is also an important indicator of the construction of demonstration.Demonstrative higher vocational colleges to build a high level of ＂double quality＂ teachers,related to the sustainable development of the school and the quality of personnel training.This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of teachers in the computer application technology major in Dongguan Polytechnic,and points out the problems existing in the construction process,and gives the countermeasures for the construction of the teaching staff.
