高通量血液透析对尿毒症患者瘦素及TNF-α的清除和微炎症状态影响 被引量:17

摘要 目的:观察高通量透析对患者瘦素及TNF-α的清除效果。方法:采用前瞻性、自身对照研究。120例维持性低通量血液透析患者转换为高通量血液透析治疗6个月。分别测定高通量透析治疗前(0个月)、治疗后3个月、6个月患者的瘦素、TNF-α水平。结果:高通量透析治疗前(0个月)患者瘦素、TNF-α水平分别为(8.21±4.18)ng/ml、(16.91±6.14)ng/ml,6个月后分别下降为(5.54±3.39)ng/ml、(14.36±2.94)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高通量透析能有效清除患者瘦素及TNF-α,进而较好的改善患者的营养不良状态及微炎症状态,提高患者生活质量。 Objective: To observe the dfeet of Kgh- flux hemodialysis( HFHD) in patients with leptin and TNF alpha removal effect. Methods: Use prospective controlled study,itself. 120 maintenance low flux hemodialysis patients into high flux hemodialysis treatment for 6 months. Were determined before high flux dialysis treatment( 0),3 months,6 months after treatment the patient's level of leptin and TNF alpha. Results: High flux dialysis before( 0 months) in patients with leptin,the TNF alpha level were( 8. 21 ± 4. 18) ng/ml,( 16. 91 ± 6. 14) ng/ml. After six months,it was reduced to( 5. 54 ± 3. 39) ng/ml,( 14. 36 ± 2. 94) ng/ml,P〈0. 017,P〈0. 017,with statistical significance. Conclusion: Patients with high flux hemodialysis can effectively remove the leptin and TNF alpha,To better improve the micro inflammation state and malnutrition of patients,Improve the patients quality of life.
