摘要
目的:测量世居高原藏汉回族健康大学生的丘脑体积,对比分析高原地区不同民族间、性别间的丘脑体积差异,为完善我国标准脑数据库提供世居高原健康青年人参考数据。方法:采用Siemens 3.0T skaya MR仪,选取世居高原藏汉回族大学生各30名,其中男15名,女15名,共90名,年龄范围(18~22)岁。所有受试者均进行三维磁化强度预备梯度回波序列T1WI进行图像采集,并对测量结果进行族别间的方差分析和性别间的t检验。结果:藏族男性左侧丘脑体积(6.40±0.89)cm3、右侧丘脑体积(5.86±0.43)cm3;藏族女性左侧丘脑体积(5.86±0.43)cm3、右侧丘脑体积(5.61±0.33)cm3;汉族男性左侧丘脑体积(6.02±0.35)cm3、右侧丘脑体积(5.56±0.25)cm3;汉族女性左侧丘脑体积(5.28±0.43)cm3、右侧丘脑体积(4.72±0.30)cm3;回族男性左侧丘脑体积(6.22±0.15)cm3、右侧丘脑体积(6.02±0.04)cm3,回族女性左侧丘脑体积(5.42±0.31)cm3、右侧丘脑体积(5.20±0.20)cm3;丘脑体积在侧别间差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);民族间对比分析中,藏族女性的左侧丘脑体积大于汉族女性,藏族女性的右侧丘脑体积大于汉族和回族女性,回族女性右侧背侧丘脑容积大于汉族女性,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);藏、汉族丘脑体积在性别间差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:各民族的丘脑体积左侧大于右侧;藏、汉族的丘脑体积男性大于女性,考虑与性别生理因素有关,但是回族男女的丘脑体积性别间差异无统计学差异,似乎与生理原因并无关联,其原因有待进一步研究。藏族女性的左侧丘脑体积大于汉族女性,藏族女性的右侧丘脑体积大于汉族和回族女性,回族女性的右侧背侧丘脑体积大于汉族女性,考虑原因可能与民族差异有关,尚无相关文献报道,有待进一步研究。
Objective: To measure the thalamic volume in healthy native high altitude Tibetan,Han and Hui college students,and compare the thalamic volume differences among different ethnic groups and gender in plateau region,in order to provide reference data of healthy native high altitude young people for Chinese standard digital brain database. Methods: Totally 90 healthy native high altitude Tibetan( 30),Han( 30) and Hui( 30) college students were selected. Each half of male and female,age ranges from 18 to 22 years old. Using Siemens skyra3. 0T MR scanner to detect the the thalamic volume. All volunteers underwent cranial MR scan with T1 weighted three- dimensional magnetization prepared rapid acquisition gradient echo sequences,Then the thalamic volume in different groups and gender in 90 healthy youths was corrected and analyzed by t- test. Results: left and right thalamic volume of Tibetan male was( 6. 40 ± 0. 89) cm3and( 5. 86 ± 0. 43) cm3,respectively; left and right thalamic volume of Tibetan female was( 5. 86 ± 0. 43) cm3and( 5. 61 ± 0. 33) cm3,respectively; left and right thalamic volume of Han male was( 6. 02 ± 0. 35) cm3and( 5. 56 ± 0. 25) cm3,respectively; left and right thalamic volume of Han female was( 5. 28 ± 0. 43) cm3and( 4. 72 ± 0. 30) cm3,respectively; left and right thalamic volume of Hui male was( 6. 22 ± 0. 15) cm3and( 6. 02 ± 0. 04) cm3,respectively; left and right thalamic volume of Hui female was( 5. 42 ± 0. 31) cm3and( 5. 20 ± 0. 20) cm3,respectively. Thalamic volume in left and right side was both related to intracranial volume( all P〈0. 05). Thalamic volume of Han Chinese in different gender using division method corrected( all P〈0. 05); Comparative analysis of thalamic volume among different ethnic groups,left thalamic volume of Tibetan female was larger than Han female; right thalamic volume of Tibetan female was larger than that in Han and Hui female,there was statistically significant differences among three ethnic groups( P〈0. 05). The rest of the volume of brain structures was no significant difference among the ethnic groups. Conclusion: Left thalamus volume is larger than right side in three ethnic groups; Thalamic volume of Han male is larger than Han female. while no difference was found between the two sexes in Tibetan and Hui,it does not seem to be associated with physiology,the reason is need to be further study. Left thalamic volume of Tibetan female is larger than Han,right thalamic volume of Tibetan female is larger than Han and Hui,analysis of the reason may be related to the ethnic differences.
