摘要
产业园区中,企业之间的地理邻近和认知接近,有利于企业获取知识,提升创新绩效。在邻近性与创新的关系上,地理邻近性与认知邻近性可以单独或者组合的方式影响企业的创新绩效。基于知识获取视角,以中小高新技术企业为研究对象,提出假设,构建结构方程模型,实证分析了地理邻近性与认知邻近性对企业创新绩效的影响。研究表明,两者对创新绩效有直接和间接的影响效应,并对产业园区中企业的创新发展提出了政策启示。
In industrial park, geographical vicinity and cognitive vicinity among enterprises is good for them to acquire knowledge and promote creative achievement. From the perspective of the relation between vicinity and creation, either one of geographical vicinity and cognitive vicinity or the combination of both can influence the achievement of the enterprises. Based on the perspective of knowledge acquisition, with the subject of medium and small sized high technological enterprises, the article introduces hypothesis, constructs a structural formula model, and empirically analyzes the influence of geographical vicinity and cognitive vicinity on the achievement of the enterprises. Study shows that there is direct and indirect influence of both on creative achievement and it also proposes policy inspiration on the creative development of the enterprises in industrial park.
