摘要
以门克庆煤矿矿井水处理站为依托,对矿井水处理工艺和操作单元进行研究,即:增加调节预沉池和滗水器,调节了水量的不平衡,减轻后续处理的负荷;设计高密度迷宫斜板净水池,布置成侧向流,去除主要悬浮物及乳化油;采用"PLC工作站+上位机监控系统"模式,保证设备平稳安全运行。经试运行结果表明,该矿井水处理工艺操作简便,便于运行维护和管理,达到了污水再生利用工业用水水质标准的预期目标。
Based on the practice of Menkeqing Coal Mine, the paper studied mine water treatment technology and operating unit,including installation of adjustment preliminary sedimentation tank and water decanter,to balance the water volume,and reduce the load of following process; designed a high density labyrinth sloping plate clear water reservoir,using sideward flow arrangement,to eliminate suspension and the emulsified oil; used "PLC workstation + mainframe monitor system" to guarantee the steady safe operation. According to the operation result, the process was simple,convenient to maintain and manage,achieved the standard for industrial wastewater reclamation and reuse.
