摘要
针对三软煤层开采过程中永久风门的抗变形能力差,永久风门维修频繁,安全保障性能低,使用周期短的问题,通过对石壕煤矿永久风门历史和现状的考察,分析了风门变形破坏的特征,提出采用"三喷两锚一注浆"新支护工艺、混凝土浇筑风门基础和墙体控制风门变形空间、预留风门框架空间等技术构筑永久风门的方案,并在石壕煤矿一水平北轨道运输巷永久风门进行现场试验,结果表明,永久风门变形处于安全可控范围,改变了原来风门的各项不足,保证了井下通风安全,延长了风门使用寿命,取得了一定的经济和社会效益。
Aiming at the poor deformation resistance of permanent air door in "three soft"coal seam mining,leading to frequent maintenance,poor safety and security performance,and short service cycle permanent air door. Through the investigation of permanent air door history and current status,the paper analyzed the deformation features of permanent air door,and proposed a new support technology of "thrice- shotcreting,twice- bolting and once- grouting",which was tested in level 1 north track transport roadway of Shihao Coal Mine,and the results showed that,the deformation of permanent air door was under control,the problems were solved,ensuring the safe underground ventilation,lengthening the service life of air door,and providing economic and social benefits.
