特厚煤层综放工作面大面积压架机制及防治技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对崔木煤矿压架灾害,依据特厚煤层综放开采覆岩空间结构破坏矿压显现特征,分析了特厚煤层综放开采大面积压架的可控及不可控影响因素,并以优化可控因素、弱化不可控因素为原则提出了有效的防治技术。研究表明,支架工作阻力、初撑力、支撑效率、顶板水、工作面推进速度等因素对于防治特厚煤层综放工作面大面积压架尤为关键,通过提高支架工作阻力及初撑力、优化支架架型、加快工作面推进速度、弱化顶板水影响等措施可以有效的避免特厚煤层综放工作面大面积压架灾害事故的发生。 Aiming at the support crushing accident in Cuimu Coal Mine,according to the mine pressure behaviors under overlying strata spatial structure failure of fully mechanized top coal caving face in supper thick coal seam,the paper analyzed the controllable and uncontrollable factors,and proposed effective prevention techniques based on the principle of optimizing the controllable factors and regulating uncontrollable factors. The study shows that,the support resistance,setting load,support efficiency,roof water and advancing speed are critical to the prevention of support crushing,the large area support crushing incidents can be prevented in top coal caving face of supper thick seam through increasing support resistance and setting load,optimizing support construction,accelerate the advancing,and weakening the impact of roof water.
