摘要
针对常规钻探机具曲率半径大,有效抽采的煤孔段长度有限的问题,设计了一种在地质勘探中钻探用蛇骨钻杆,主要用于顶底板穿层孔消突、强造斜钻进工艺。介绍了该钻杆的全新结构及工作原理,该钻杆的应用可以有效延长穿层孔煤孔段长度。通过大型有限元软件ANSYS对钻杆模型进行仿真,结果基本与设计、检测试验一致。
Aiming at the problems of conventional drilling machines, including large radius of curvature and limited effective drainage length in coal hole,the paper designed a new snake bone drill pipe for geological prospecting,which was mainly applied in outburst elimination with floor crossing- seam drilling and strong deflection drilling technology,to extend the length of crossing- seam drilling in coal section. The structure and working principal was introduced,and the drilling pipe was simulated with ANSYS,the results were consistent with the design and tests.
