摘要
针对服役16年的输煤通廊焊接球节点空间钢桁架的锈蚀损伤现状进行了检测,得到杆件截面平均锈蚀深度和杆件锈蚀程度的分布规律。根据检测结果,经计算知锈蚀杆件的承载力已出现明显的下降,无法满足安全承载要求。结合现场实际情况制定了杆件加大截面和置换的加固修复方案,并在加固施工时实施顶升卸荷和施工监控等措施。利用动测法分别得到了加固前、后的钢桁架动力特性参数实测值,为评价加固效果提供了可靠的依据。
The inspection of the corrosion damage situation of steel pipe truss structure with ball- welded joints was launched,the corrosion depth of steel pipe and corrosion distribution was obtained. According to inspection results,the capacity of corroded bars dropped so significantly that failed to meet the demand of safe bearing load. Combining with the filed condition,a repair and strengthening plan with section increment and replacement of bars designed,using unloading and construction supervision control during strengthening construction. The dynamic characteristic of pre- restorative and post- restorative steel pipe truss structure was tested by dynamic testing,to offer reliable foundations for the strengthening effect assessment.
