摘要
介绍了一种煤巷高效快速掘进的DZY100/160/50型矿用带式转载机用制动系统的功能和结构特点,并根据该矿用带式转载机在煤巷高效快速掘进系统中的实际使用工况,确定了制动器的总体结构、制动扭矩以及安装方式等,在此基础上对制动系统相关参数以及可靠性进行了计算与验证。
The paper introduced the function and structural characteristics of the braking system for mine belt reversed loader applied in rapid tunneling coal roadway. According to the actual working situation of the mine belt reversed loader,determined the overall structure,the brake torque and the installation method. And on this basis,the calculated and validated the parameters and the reliability of the braking system.
