摘要
为解决目前国内主流喷浆机在工作过程中喷射距离短的难题,研发了一种新型的TSN/B1N无尘化喷浆机。详细介绍了无尘化喷浆机的结构和参数设计,并进行了现场应用。现场应用表明:该喷浆机成功的实现了无尘化喷浆和500m远距离喷浆,其主要技术指标达到了预期的效果。
Aiming at the short shotcreting distance of domestic mainstream shotcreting machine,TSN/B1 N dust- free shotcreting machine was developed,the structure and parameter design of the machine were detailed,the field application showed that,dust- free shotcreting and 500 m long distance shotcreting were realized,and the main technical indexes achieved the desired results.
