摘要
目的考察不同剂量60Co辐照(0、2、6和10 KGy)对乌金丸(当归,益母草,香附,白芍,川芎等)有效成分的影响。方法采用HPLC法检测乌金丸中阿魏酸和芍药苷辐照前后的含有量变化,所得结果利用SPSS 18.0进行统计学分析。结果阿魏酸在0、2、6和10 KGy的辐照剂量下,含有量分别为0.92、0.90、0.90和0.89 mg/g;芍药苷分别为1.76、1.83、1.78和1.78 mg/g。统计学分析发现,阿魏酸与芍药苷的含有量与辐照前相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论60Co辐照灭菌对乌金丸有效成分的含有量无影响。
AIM To investigate the effect of ^60 Co irradiation( 0,2,6 and 10 KGy) on active constituents in Wujin Pills( Angelicae sinensis Radix,Leonuri Herba,Cyperi Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix alba,etc.) by high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). METHODS HPLC was employed to determine the contents of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin under different^60 Co irradiation doses. The obtained results were further analyzed by SPSS18. 0. RESULTS Exposed to 0,2,6 and 10 KGy^60 Co,the detected ferulic acid contents were 0. 92,0. 90,0. 90 and 0. 89 mg / g,respectively,and the paeoniflorin contents were 1. 76,1. 83,1. 78 and 1. 78 mg / g,respectively. Through SPSS analysis,no statistical significance of measured constituents was found between the data before and after irradiation( P〉0. 05). CONCLUSION There is no influence on the contents of active constituents in Wujin Pills with^60 Co irradiation.
