摘要
目的建立同时测定柴归消癥胶囊中芍药苷、阿魏酸、甘草苷、橙皮苷、迷迭香酸、甘草酸6种成分的的分析方法。方法采用Phenomenex Luna 5u C18(2)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 m L/min;柱温30℃;检测波长237 nm(0~25 min),322 nm(25~30.2 min),237 nm(30.2~40 min),284 nm(40~48 min),329 nm(48~65 min),237 nm(65~85 min)。结果芍药苷、阿魏酸、甘草苷、橙皮苷、迷迭香酸、甘草酸的进样量分别在0.396 8~3.968μg(r=0.999 3)、0.025 2~0.252μg(r=0.999 6)、0.111 2~1.112μg(r=0.999 4)、0.566~5.66μg(r=0.999 7)、0.018 6~0.186μg(r=0.999 5)、0.174~1.74μg(r=0.999 2)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为97.1%、96.6%、97.6%、97.0%、96.5%、97.0%,RSD分别为0.95%、0.87%、0.88%、0.90%、1.0%、1.2%。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可有效地控制柴归消癥胶囊的质量。
AIM To establish a method for simultaneously determining six constituents in Chaigui Xiaozheng Capsules,including paeoniflorin, ferulic acid, liquiritin,hesperidin,rosmarinic acid and glycyrrhizic acid.METHODS The analysis was carried out on Phenomenex Luna 5u C18( 2)column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The flow rate was1. 0 m L / min,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelengths were 237 nm,322 nm,284 nm and 329 nm,respectively. RESULTS The experiments showed good linearities in the ranges of 0. 396 8- 3. 968μg( r = 0. 999 3) for paeoniflorin,0. 025 2- 0. 252 μg( r = 0. 999 6) for ferulic acid,0. 111 2- 1. 112 μg( r = 0. 999 4) for liquiritin,0. 566- 5. 66 μg( r = 0. 999 7) for hesperidin,0. 018 6- 0. 186 μg( r = 0. 999 5)for rosmarinic acid,0. 174- 1. 74 μg( r = 0. 999 2) for Glycyrrhizic acid,respectively. The average recoveries were 97. 1%,96. 6%,97. 6%,97. 0%,96. 5%,97. 0%,respectively. The RSDs were 0. 95%,0. 87%,0. 88%,0. 90%,1. 0%,1. 2%,respectively. CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and could be used for the quality control of Chaigui Xiaozheng Capsules.
