浅论毛坤先生对我国近现代档案事业的贡献 被引量:4

摘要 毛坤先生是我国近代著名的档案学家和档案教育家,为我国档案事业的发展做过突出贡献。先生积极倡办档案管理专科和档案管理职业短期训练班,创设档案专业教育课程体系,为我国培养了一大批优秀档案管理专业人才,极大地推动了我国近现代档案管理专业教育的发展;先生积极探究档案和档案学基本内涵,重视借鉴国外先进档案理念,重视档案资料的分类、编目、归档和保护以及对档案资料管理制度的研究,尤其是在我国提出并推广"尊重档案群"的思想,建立和丰富了我国近现代档案管理理论;先生拟定了《中国国家档案馆规程草案》,提出了建立专业档案馆和建立国家、省、县三级管理机构的设想,为我国近现代档案事业管理体系建设提供了有益思路。 Mr. Mao Kun is a famous scholar and educator in archival science in modern China and he has made outstanding contributions to the development of archival undertaking in our country. Mr. Mao Kun actively advocates to start up the junior?college of archival management and the corresponding professional short-term training courses, and to establish professional education curriculum system of archival science, which heIps cultivate a large number of outstanding professional archival management talents and greatly promotes the development of professional education of modern and contemporary archival management in our country. He explores the basic connotation of archives and archival science. Mr. Mao Kun attaches importance to learning from advanced foreign archive concept and pays attention to the classification, cataloguing, archiving and protection of archives as well as the study of archival source management system. Most of all, he puts forward and promotes the idea of 'respecting archive group', which establishes and enriches the modern and contemporary archives management theory in our country. Mr. Mao Kun maps out the draft of China National Archives Regulations. He puts forward the assumption of establishing professional archives and the three-level (state, province and county) management institution which provides a useful idea for the construction of modern and contemporary archives management system in our country.
