摘要
开沟器是油菜播种机的核心部件。为提高有限元法在复杂土壤环境下的仿真精度,建立接近实际的土壤模型,了解茎秆混合物对切削阻力的影响,本研究运用LS-dyna软件对山区小型人力油菜播种机的开沟器切削茎秆和土壤的混合物进行了仿真。结果表明:开沟器以0.84 m/s前进和15 r/s旋转时,单个开沟器切削土壤的切削阻力最大值为14.4 N;切削茎秆和土壤的混合物时的最大切削阻力为536 N。通过理论计算验证了仿真的合理性,此研究为山区小型人力油菜播种机参数优化设计提供参考。
Colter is the core the finite element method in component of coleseed seeder. In order to improve simulation precision of the complex soil environment, we built the soil model which close to the actual environment, as well as understand the stems influence on cutting resistance. The simulation was carried out through soil and stems cut by the colter of the mountainous regions small manual labour coleseed using the LS-dyna software in this study, under the coher with 0.84 m/s and 15 r/s. The re- sults showed that the maximum cutting resistance force was 14.4 N when the coher cut soil, the maxi- mum cutting resistance force was 536 N when coher cut stem and soil. The simulation rationality was verified by theoretical calculation, this study provided parameters optimization design for mountainous regions small manual labour coleseed seeder.
