摘要 针对传统的大区域公共场所多采用定时轮流切换镜头的方式进行视频监控,存在监控不及时和漏内容的缺点,设计了一种以RFID技术为核心的智能监控平台。该平台由S3C2440处理器、OV9650摄像头和nRF24LE1无线芯片组成,其核心算法是依据场所的情景进行模式分类,接收并检测监控场所的无线信号能量波动,当出现异常时,就把该部分的摄像头图像显示在监控中心的显示屏幕上。实验表明,基于该平台设计的智能监控视频系统,避免了定时轮换镜头方法的缺点;在中等视频监控规模时,漏监率就可以获得很大改善。该智能监控平台较好地实现了对大区域公共场所人员和物品的无漏实时监控,结构简单,成本低廉,可以满足公共场所智能监控的需要。 The fixed-time shot switching is usually used to monitor the public place, but this method has the untimely and some content-absence shortcomings. A new intelligent monitoring platform based on RFID technology is designed for overcoming these problems, which consists of S3C2440 processor, OV9650 camera and nRF24LE1 wireless chip components. The core algorithm is based on the pattern classification of the scenes, it can receive the wireless energy fluctuation, and the images will be monitored and shown on the screen where appears unusual situation. The expe this new platform has overcome the shortcoming of fixed-time shot switching. In riments show that the medium scale video surveillance, the shot-losing ratio is improved greatly. This intelligent platform has realized non-leakage and real-time monitoring for the goods and personnel in the large area public places with the compact and low cost advantages. It can meet the needs of intelligent monitoring of public places.
