This paper introduces the basic situation and the current situation of the development countermeasures of pollution-free agricultural production base in Hainan Province, and on the basis of the analysis of the present problem of construction, put forward the targeted countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the sustained and healthy development of Hainan agricultural products.
