上海徐家汇公园西北部安静休憩场地空间质量评价

Evaluation Research on the Space Quality of Tranquil Rest Site in the Northwest Shanghai Xujiahui Park

安静休憩场地是城市综合性公园中为久居闹市、工作繁杂的都市人提供静态休憩的空间,对舒缓压力放松身心、构建健康活力的都市环境有着重要作用。本文在界定安静休憩场地概念的基础上,从界面类型、空间布局和景观特征三方面入手,对徐家汇公园西北部安静休憩场地进行详细的空间现状描述;其次,结合人的心理需求和行为模式,以私密性、舒适度和美感度三个层面为基础,建立包括围合度、抗干扰性、容量适宜度等12项指标因子在内的空间质量评价模型,并采用AHP法和综合指数法等数理学方法得出各因子层权重和空间综合质量等级,挖掘影响其空间品质的制约因素;最后,基于以上研究,从增加空间人性围合、丰富空间边界形式等方面提出优化策略,是对上海城市综合性公园静态类游憩空间研究的有益补充,也为同类休憩场地的空间改造设计提供一定借鉴。

Tranquil rest site in the comprehensive park provides the static leisure space for the people who live in the downtown with complicated work.It plays an important role in helping sooth and relax and building a healthy and vibrant urban environment.Based on the concept of tranquil rest site,this article fully described the space situation of the tranquil rest site in the northwest of Xujiahui Park from the perspective of interface type,spatial layout and landscape features.Also,in combination with people＇s psychological needs and behavior patterns,based on the privacy,comfort and beauty aspects,it constructed the space quality evaluation model of this kind of space with 12 indexes including space surrounding,immunity,capacity suitability and so on.Then the sorting weight of the 12 indexes and the space quality level were obtained by using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Composite Index Analysis and the restricting factors that influenced the quality of the site were found.Based on the above study,this article put forward some optimization strategies such as adding humanized space surrounding and enriching the border shape.It＇s a good complement to research of static recreation space and provides a reference for the space design and transformation of tranquil rest site.
