摘要
为了解不同芦笋种质对茎枯病的抗性差异,采用孢子喷雾法对其幼苗进行喷雾后48 h保湿处理,7 d后统计分析各种质的发病情况并计算病情指数。结果表明:野生型大理天门冬和B7/TX-4病情指数均为0,为免疫种质;井冈701、TC山东、井冈全雄(2)、B4-a/B20-a(紫)、B19-c(H)、B2-a/SD、B3/TX-6,病情指数均小于20,为中抗种质;太平洋2000病情指数为81.25,为感病种质。
In order to understand the difference of disease resistance on stem blight between different Asparagus germplasm,using the method of spore spraying on seeding and keep the humidity 100%for 48 h, then statistics and analysis the incidence and disease index of each germplasm after 7 days.The result showed that： the disease index of wild type and B7/TX-4 are all 0, they are accounted as immune germplasm; jinggang 701, TCshandong, jinggang full male （2）, B4-a/B20-a （purple）, B19-c （H）, B2-a/SD, B3/TX-6, the disease index are all under 20, be accounted as moderate resistant germplasm;the disease index of pacific 2000 is 81.25, accounted as infected germplasm.
