摘要
目的建立免疫复合型溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型并探讨其应用价值。方法 20只SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照A组10只、模型组10只。模型组用大鼠颈、背部皮下注射抗原乳化液,第23天,造模组大鼠TNBS灌肠。空白对照组以生理盐水灌肠,比较各组大便的性状、便血程度、体重下降情况,并进行组织学观察。结果 UC模型大鼠体重减轻,体重增长缓慢(P>0.05)。血清IL-10水平降低(P<0.05)。大便的性状评分、CMDI评分均升高(P<0.01)。结论免疫复合型溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型,该模型成功率高,重复性好,且模型的病变机制与人类UC相符,是较为理想的溃疡性结肠炎动物模型。
Objective:To establish immune complexes ulcerative colitis rats model and explore its application value. Methods:20 SD rats were randomly divided into a normal control group and a model group, 10 rats per group. The necks and backs of the model rats were given subcutaneous injection of antigen emulsion, and in the 23rd day these rats were given TNBS enema while the control group was given saline enema. The fecal traits, fecal blood and weight loss of each group was compared and observed histologically. Results : The weight loss of UC model rats gained slowly(P 〉0.05). Serum IL 10 reduced( P 〈 0.05 ). Both fecal trait scores and CMDI rates increased( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion :The immune complex ulcerative colitis rat models are made highly successfully with good repeatablihy, and the model dis- ease mechanism is consistent with human' s UC model, an ideal animal ulcerative colitis model.
