秦巴山片区固定资产投资效益的实证分析

An empirical Analysis of Fixed Assets Investment Efficiency in Qinba Mountain Areas

固定资产投资是拉动经济增长的重要因素之一,但在缺乏投资效益的情况下,单纯依靠投资去拉动经济增长的模式是无效的。秦巴山片区是十二五和十三五期间国家重点扶持开发的地区,资金投入量大,投资效益的高低对扶贫开发的成效至关重要。本文利用相关统计数据,对秦巴山片区7个城市特别是十堰市的投资效益进行了分析,指出十堰市固定资产投资存在的主要问题,并提出了进一步优化投资结构、提高投资效益的建议。

Investment in fixed assets is one of the important factors to promote economic growth, and it is invalid to simply rely on the mode of investment to stimulate economic growth without investment benefit. Qinba mountain area is a key area under the state’ s support of development with large amount of capital investment during the 12th and 13th five-year plan. Thus, the investment effi-ciency is very important to level of poverty alleviation and development effect. With analysis of the relevant statistical data from 7 cit-ies in the Qinba mountain area, especially the investment efficiency of Shiyan City, this paper pointed out the main problems existed in investment of fixed assets in Shiyan City, and proposed solutions to further optimize the investment structure and to enhance in-vestment efficiency.
