广播电视公共文化服务的建与管——以四川省成都市为例

Construction and Government of Public Culture Service of Radio and Television:A Case from Chengdu City of Sichuan Province

结合城市文态建设、促进政府转型、推进农业转移人口市民化等方面,重点研究成都市在推进广播电视公共文化服务方面的做法,以四川省成都市广播电视公共文化服务建设发展为研究案例,分析现阶段政府在广播电视公共服务体系建设中的职能作用和管理定位,探究时代背景下广播电视公共文化服务在建与管方面所面临的机遇与挑战。

The paper focuses on what Chengdu City has done in the progress of how the radio and television improves the public culture services with the combination of the construction of cultural condition in city, the change of government function and the citizenization of peasants from village. A case study from Chengdu shows the function and role of the government in the system of the public service of the radio and television. The paper finds out the challenges and chances in the construction and government of the public culture service in the new time.
