近三十年来的清代异姓承嗣研究述评

The Recent 30 Years Research Review on the Phenomenon of Alien Clan in Qing Dynasty

异姓承嗣是清代特殊的继承现象,是官方法律规定和实际社会生活相背离的重要表现。学术界有关异姓承嗣问题的研究成果主要集中在异族承嗣的原因、形成、影响等研究领域,虽取得一定的成就但仍有遗憾。拟对近三十年来的研究成果作简要回顾,以期为学术界在这一领域的研究提供参考和借鉴。

Taking people from alien clan as heir is a special phenomenon in Qing Dynasty. It is a significant showing of the departure between legal rules and practical social life. The related research achievements of this phenomenon mainly focus on the reasons, formation, influences, etc. Although made some achievements but still have regrets. The author makes a brief review of the research achievements in the past thirty years, in order to provide reference for the academic research in this field.
