摘要
针对空心铝型材挤压过程中产生的模芯变形问题,设计正交试验分析不同挤压工艺参数对模芯变形的影响规律,采用有限元分析软件Hyper Xtrude进行数值模拟计算。结果表明:模具预热温度对模芯变形影响最大,挤压速度次之,坯料预热温度影响最小。该结果能为铝型材挤压工艺参数优化提供参考。
Designs an orthogonal experiment to analyze the effect of process parameters on the mold core deformation in the hollow aluminum extrusion process, and makes numerically simulation with the finite element software Hyper Xtrude.The results indicate that the effect of die preheating temperature on the mold core deformation is largest and the extrusion speed is the second, while the billet preheating temperature is smallest. The results provide a reference for the aluminum extrusion process parameter optimization.
