绿色发展背景下湖南省碳排放影响因素及碳减排策略研究

A Research on Influencing Factors of Hunan Urban and Carbon Reduction Strategy in the View of Green Development

绿色低碳发展观念近年来成为各地区的首选发展模式,绿色低碳发展是首要目标之一是实现低碳排放,为更好地制定碳减排策略,研究碳排放的主要因素尤为关键。为深入研究湖南地区碳排放及其影响因素,选取协整分析等计量研究方法,以湖南地区1995-2011年数据作为样本,对湖南省碳排放及其诸多影响因素之间关系进行实证研究,通过实证分析得出两者之间相互作用的路径及机理,以据此提出相应的碳减排策略。

Low-carbon Development is the first preferred model, low carbon development refers to realize the economic development and low carbon emission at the same time. In order to formulate the better carbon reduction strategy, it is important to study the main factors of carbon emissions. In order to reveal the reasons about increasing of carbon emissions, this paper analyzes the relationship between carbon emissions and the affecting factors such as economic growth, energy structure, population size, industry organizations and so on. This paper selects data from 1995-2011 of Hunan urban group as study sample and adopts the empirical research methods such as Co-integration test and Granger causality test. At last, on the basis of the studv the paper proposes corresponding Carbon reduction strategies.
