摘要
思想政治教育制度功能是制度系统内部各要素之间相互作用所表现出来的功用和效果。在现实活动中,思想政治教育的制度功能存在着异化现象。思想政治教育制度的"求稳"趋向和功能局限与教育活动的客观变化和需求无限之间的矛盾是造成制度功能异化的根本原因。思想政治教育制度取向的功利化、制定的单一化、供给的广泛化、实施的形式化、评价的残缺化是导致制度功能异化的具体原因。要应对思想政治教育制度功能的异化就必须要与时俱进地推进制度创新,提升思想政治教育制度的人文内涵,促进思想政治教育制度的供给多元,精简思想政治教育制度的内容供给,健全思想政治教育制度的运行机制,完善思想政治教育制度的评价体系。
The functions of the ideological and political education system are the functions and effects of inter- action among all elements within the system. In reality, some alienation is discernable in the functions of the ideo- logical and political education system, whose basic cause lies in the contradiction between the "steady" trend and function limitations of the ideological and political education system and the objective changes and infinite demand of education activities. Moreover, the specific causes for the alienation rest with the utilitarian orientation, the uni- tary constitution, the extensive supply, the formalized implementation and the incomplete evaluation on the part of the ideological and political education system. To deal with the alienation in the function of the ideological and po- litical education system, efforts must be made to promote institutional innovation in line with the advancement of the era, to enhance the humanistic connotation of the ideological and political education system, to facilitate its diversi- ty in supply, to simplify its content, to perfect its operating mechanism and to improve its evaluation mechanism.
