主导管损伤后SD大鼠下颌下腺的组织学观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立主导管损伤的SD大鼠模型,观察主导管损伤后腺体的组织学变化。方法选取8只雄性SD大鼠,构建SD大鼠主导管损伤模型,6 d后摘除大鼠的腺体组织进行免疫组织化学染色,观察腺体组织变化。结果主导管结扎后第6天,腺泡结构消失,腺小叶轮廓清楚。腺泡细胞重组形成管样结构;Ki-67阳性率为74.5%,在重组区域和导管基膜区层粘连蛋白(LN)、整合素α6β1和CD90.1表达。结论主导管损伤能促使下颌下腺干/祖细胞开始表达这些潜在特性并分化为腺泡细胞。
