摘要
文章针对海上通道关键节点的安全保障效率评价及排序问题,构建了负投入产出变量数据包络模型,并使用虚拟包络面和TOPSIS结合的DEA排序方法对样本中的海上通道关键节点安全保障效率进行计算与分析。结果显示,中国-欧洲通道的关键节点安全保障效率状况最为复杂,中国-美非通道和中国-澳洲通道中段节点的安全保障效率较低,中国-美西通道和中国-美东通道节点的安全保障效率均较高。
In order to analyze the safety control of the key strait/canal of the international sea lanes, we innovatively bring the negative input-output variable in data envelopment analysis (DEA)mode, then rank the effectiveness of safety control in each strait and canal based on virtual envelope and TOPS/S. The results showed that the efficiency of the key nodes of China-European sea lane is the most complex, the key nodes in the middle of China-America and Africa and China-Aus- tralia is also problematic. The efficiency of safety control of the key nodes of China-Western America sea lane and China- Eastern America is more optimistic.
