随着当前我国经济的持续发展,城市化进程的逐步加快。大型工程和基础设施建设如火如荼。以房地产行业为主的工程建设受建材价格的影响较深。工程建设中的成本核算与造价分析直接受建材价格的制约。因此研究建材市场材料指导价对规范和引导建筑工程的合理发展有着极为重要的意义。本文通过对建材指导价进行分析,着重阐述了建材价格对工程建设带来的影响,并提出了几点思考和工作方式建议。希望能够为今后我国工程建设从业者提供有关造价方面的启示。
