摘要
大型百货零售企业的核心能力正在流失,具体表现为企业市场反应能力、商务流程控制能力、顾客忠诚度、市场影响力、信用能力、综合经营力、企业凝聚力的全面下降。核心能力流失的原因在于传统体制危害以及源于传统体制的企业对正确认识和科学评价竞争优势的能力的丧失和企业经营机制的劣化。重建核心能力必须进行广泛的制度基础重建和经营机制重建,当前的工作重点是网络或聚集人力资本、重建企业品牌形象和顾客忠诚,调整市场定位与市场策略,增强企业的市场反应能力。
The core competence of large retail enterprises of general merchandise which includes market reaction abili ty,control ability of business circulation,loyal ability of customers,attractive ability of market,credit ability,compreh ensive business ability and cohesiv e force is decreasing.The decreasing of core competence results from the b ackward traditional system and the d eteriorating of business mechanismof traditional enterpris es.Reconstruction of core competen ce has to rebuild comprehensive systembasis and business mechanism.The present main work is to construct network,to accumulate human resour ces,to reconstruct brands and image of enterprises,to cultivate loyalty of customers,to adjust mark et position and market strategy and t o increase market reaction ability o f enterprises.
