中枢性甲状腺功能亢进症2例及文献复习

摘要 中枢性甲状腺功能亢进症(中枢性甲亢)为少见疾病,是由于垂体分泌过多促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH),导致甲状腺肿大和甲状腺激素合成和分泌增多,并出现甲状腺功能亢进表现的一组疾病,主要包括垂体TSH腺瘤(TSH-secreting pituitary adenomas,TSH-oma)和选择性垂体甲状腺激素抵抗综合征(selective pituitary resistance to thyroid hormone,PRTH)。
