On Consummation of Chinese Foreign Capital Law after WTO Entry

本文从中国外资法的现状和WTO的多边规则要求出发,初步探讨我国外资法与加入WTO的关系以及结构调整,从宏观和微观的角度分析入世后的应对政策和完善方法,应该尽快在适应WTO多边规则的基础上制定中国的统一外资法。

Based on the present situation of Chi nese Foreign Capital Law and the requ irement of multi -side rules of WTO,t he rela-tionship between Chinese Foreign Ca pital Law and WTO entry and structure adjustment are discussed from macro and micro levels.The relative policies and consummating methods for the law after WTO entry are analyzed and the most direct,thoro ugh and effect way is to make the unified Chinese Foreign Capital Law in order to soon adapt WTO multi -s ide rules.
