摘要
对如何加快高校人事制度改革,本文紧紧围绕全面推行聘任制,论述了实施聘任制的意义、基本模式和主要方法,并对加强聘后管理和未聘人员的分流安置提出了自己的思路。
The importance,basic mode and main methods of appointment system is disc ussed in order to promote personnel s ystem re-form.Some suggestions are made abou t management after appointment of em ployees and arrangement of the peopl e who do not have jobs.
