摘要
科研成果转化的过程,犹如社会再生产过程的运行一样,涉及较多环节,是一个系统工程,哪一个环节出了问题,就可能使整个过程中断。本文根据社会再生产的原理,从科研成果的生产、分配、交换和消费几个环节出发,分析导致成果转化率低的原因,然后针对原因提出对策。
The process of Transformation of scientific research achievement,whic h seems an operation process of socia l reproduction,covers many links and is a systematic engineering project.Whole process may come to a halt if a link goes wrong.Based on the principle of social reproduction and several lin ks of production,distribution,exchange and consume of scientific rese arch,the causes of low transfor-mation rate of scientific research a chievement are analyzed and countermeasures are made.
