不同品种肉鸡免疫器官生长规律的比较与分析

Comparison and analysis on growth regularity of immune organs between different broilers

摘要 为了进行不同品种肉鸡免疫器官生长规律的比较与分析,笔者选择200只1日龄AA肉鸡,公母各半,200只1日龄肉杂鸡(科宝1500♂×海赛克斯早),公母各半进行试验。试验鸡饲喂基础日粮,常规饲养。在7、14、2l、28、35、42目龄各随机抽取8只,公母各半,称取免疫器官(脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊)重量,分析相对生长、绝对生长、累积生长,进行从肉鸡、肉杂鸡免疫器官生长规律的比较与分析。结果表明,免疫器官的相对生长,14日龄肉杂鸡高于AA肉鸡;21日龄时二者较接近;28-42日龄AA肉鸡高于肉杂鸡。免疫器官的绝对生长,14-28日龄时,二者较为接近;35-42日龄时,总体表现为AA肉鸡高于肉杂鸡的趋势。免疫器官的累积生长,脾脏、胸腺的变化趋势,AA肉鸡和肉杂鸡差异不大;法氏囊的累积生长,28-42日龄二者差异较大。 Objective To compare and analyse on growth regularity of immune organs between different broilers. Methods 200 1-day- old AA broilers(male : female=1: 1), and 200 1-day-old hybrid broilers (COBB1500♂×HISEX ♀, male : female=1: 1) were fed the basal diet by conventional feeding. At 7, 14, 21,28, 35, 42 days old, 8 broilers (male : female=1: 1 ) were selected randomly ev- ery group, and weight of immuune organs (spleen, thymus, and bursa of Fabricius) were measured, in order to analyse on relative growth, absolute growth, and cumulative growth, for comparing and analysing on growth regularity of immune organs between AA broil- ers and Hybrid broilers. Results 1 ) For relative growth of immune organs, those of Hybrid broilers were higher than those of AA broilers at 14-day-old, and were closer at 21-day-old, and those of AA broilers were higher than those of Hybrid broilers from 28-day-old to 42-day-old overall. 2) For absolute growth of immune organs, they were closer from 14-day-old to 28-day-old, and those of AA broilers were higher than those of Hybrid broilers from 35-day-old to 42-day-old overall. 3 ) For cumulative growth of spleen and thymus, there were no bigger differences between AA broilers and Hybrid broilers, and for cumulative growth of bursa of Fabricius, there was bigger difference between AA broilers and Hybrid broilers from 28-day-old to 42-day-old.
