甘露饮治疗湿热伤阴型干眼临床观察

Clinical observation of Ganlu Yin combined sodium hyaluronate eye drops treating dry eye of dampheat and yin deficiency

目的观察甘露饮配合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗湿热伤阴型干眼的临床疗效。方法将80例(160眼)湿热伤阴型干眼病患者随机分为2组,甘露饮组40例给予甘露饮配合0.3%玻璃酸钠点眼,玻璃酸钠组40例单纯使用0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液,疗程均为28天。观察2组患者治疗前后泪液分泌Ⅰ试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光染色(FL)以及中医症状评分的情况。结果治疗后两组中医症状疗效比较,甘露饮组总有效率为88.75%,玻璃酸钠组为53.75%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组BUT比较,t=5.880;SIT比较,t=6.323;FL比较,t=-4.635;P值均<0.001,差异均有统计学意义,表明甘露饮组明显优于玻璃酸钠组。结论甘露饮配合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗湿热伤阴型干眼有较好的疗效,较单纯应用玻璃酸钠滴眼液有明显优势。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of Ganlu Yin combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on treating the dry eye of damp-heat and yin deficiency type. METHODS Eighty cases （160 eyes） with the dry eye of damp-heat and yin deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases of Ganlu Yin group used Ganlu Yin and 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops; 40 cases of sodium hyaluronate eye drops group just gave 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops, a course of 28 days. Observed the variation including schirmer I test （SIT）, tear film breaup time （BUT）, corneal fluorescent staining （FL） and TCM clinical symptoms score, two groups before and after treatment. RESULTS In the two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms curative effect comparison,the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.75%, while the control group was 53.75%, the difference was significant （P〈 0.05）. In the two groups after treatment of BUT comparison, t=5.880; SIT compared, t=6.323; FLcompared, t=-4.635, all P〈O.O01, the difference was significant. It showed that the Ganlu Yin group was superior to sodium hyaluronate eye drops group. CONCLUSIONS Ganlu Yin combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on treating the dry eye of damp-heat and yin deficiency type disease had better curative effect, and compared with the simple application of sodium hyaluronate had obvious advantages.
